If you are visiting Niseko and looking for unique local food, discounted sweets, or Hokkaido souvenirs, LUPICIA Ex-Factory at Niseko View Plaza is worth stopping by.
The shop is located next to Niseko View Plaza roadside station. It offers much more than tea. You can find bread, lunch boxes, frozen foods, sweets, craft beer, and original local products at surprisingly affordable prices.
One of the most interesting things about this place is the discounted items. Because it is a factory outlet, you can sometimes find limited products and special deals that are difficult to find elsewhere.
During my visit, I found craft beer marked down from 590 yen to just 200 yen.

I was surprised by how many discounted products were available.
I also found a frozen assortment of five breads for 800 yen and a four-pack of ice cream discounted from 1,800 yen to 800 yen. Visiting the shop feels a bit like a treasure hunt for food lovers

Recommended Bread

The tea melon bread is especially recommended. It has a gentle tea flavor and a soft texture that pairs perfectly with coffee or tea.
They also sell hard breads and savory breads, so there are many options whether you want a quick snack or something more filling.
24-Hour Frozen Sweets Vending Machine

Outside the shop, there is also a 24-hour vending machine selling frozen sweets and foods like ice cream, scones, and canelés.
This is a fun option if you arrive late, want a quick dessert, or are driving through the Niseko area outside business hours. Some items may need to be thawed before eating.
Saturday Morning Market
A Saturday morning market is also held at the shop starting from 7:30 AM. Fresh bread and local foods are available, making it popular with both locals and visitors.
Good Place for Niseko Souvenirs
LUPICIA Ex-Factory is also a good place to look for unique Hokkaido souvenirs and local foods at reasonable prices.
There is no indoor eat-in space, but outdoor tables and chairs are available during the warmer seasons, making it a relaxing stop during a drive around Niseko.
Please note that the shop is closed during the winter season, so spring, summer, and autumn are perfect for exploring Niseko in the quieter months.
